These terms apply to stays in our Bed & Breakfast, to a visit to the brasserie and chocolaterie, and to reservations you make via our website or by phone. By making a reservation you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Reservations

Rooms. You book a room via our booking module. Your booking is final once you have received a confirmation from us (or from the booking partner).

Tables. A table reservation via the website is a request. The reservation is only final after we have confirmed it to you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are as stated at your booking or on our menu, including VAT. Any tourist tax may be charged separately. We accept all common payment methods, except American Express.

4. Cancellation and no-show

The cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose and are stated during booking and in your confirmation. Please observe these. In case of a no-show without timely cancellation, costs may be charged according to the terms of your booking. A table request can be changed or cancelled free of charge by giving us a call.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 2 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. Arriving outside our opening hours is possible; you will then receive a message in advance with a digital check-in guide. Please let us know if you arrive later.

6. House rules

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We ask you to be considerate of other guests.
• Damage caused during your stay may be charged to you.

7. Groups, celebrations and parties

For groups of 30 or more (dinner, celebration, party, company outing, barbecue or wedding) we tailor everything. Separate arrangements apply, which we discuss and record with you in advance.

8. Liability

De Pastorie Roermond is not liable for loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part. Parking and storing luggage or bicycles is at your own risk.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all reservations.
